Short Summary of Your Improvement Idea:
“We need a system that encourages learning and creates business and research opportunities through self-organization. The traditional model is failing us. We must go beyond the traditional model and personalize education, business, and research with self-organization, so that individuals can contribute their own ideas and work together toward common goals.” – http://bshambaugh.org/eispp/ , Master 14, a very rough version of the Peer-to-Peer Economy Proposal

A: Virtual Makerspaces

Q: What is your discovery methodology for investigating the current state of the target protocol? Eg: field observation, expert interviews, historical data analysis, failure event analysis

A: Expert Interviews

Q: In what form will you prototype your improvement idea? Eg: Code, reference design implementation, draft proposal shared with experts for feedback, A/B test of ideas with a test audience, prototype hardware, etc.

A: Draft proposal shared with experts for feedback and hopefully an early prototype

Q: How will you field-test your improvement idea? Eg: run a restricted pilot at an event, simulation, workshop, etc.

Have you met the folks at Dat Ecosystem? I have a feeling you might be very interested in what they’re up to w.r.t value networks in open source ecosystems. I worked on a graph visualization of Dat Ecosystem projects and got to hear all about their vision, it seems quite aligned with your interests.

@micahscopes , I believe I saw the Dat Ecosystem in context of Agregore. Mauve told me about you. That graph visualization is cool. It reminds me of two earlier experiments. One was built with D3.js and Sigma.js GitHub - bshambaugh/node-arc-d3: Visualization of Triples . Another used LodLive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLqvnFRiP24&list=PLbVZNfQhcZ3fkqnfx198zoyAQ0hmYe0z1&index=1&t=145s
