Request for Feedback

Hi all! Yesterday, I facilitated a casual brainstorm / feedbacks session about all things SoP. I would love to hear from those who participate here, on the forum, in either a reading or writing capacity.

Comment below, DM me, or drop a comment in the notes I collected yesterday!

I’ve just finished reading the last package I received, with the materials for module 5.

It’s a lot, and I feel like I’m arriving late. Now I will have to start again with the materials from this year
At the same time, I see that there hasn’t been a lot of interaction here, so perhaps now is just the perfect time.

I found many of the research lines beautiful, clarifying and opening space for me to explore. Some others are just not for me, I was annoyed, uncomfortable or bored. Still I read everything, which is not common. The aesthetic is engaging for me.

From the brainstorm notes, I would appreciate study groups or holograms. Maybe threading two or three related artifacts, or their sources, or new work from the researchers.

It’s a lot to integrate, and I appreciate it. I’m grateful that we are taking a couple of steps back from the ethereum protocol bits, and opening this side-quest which I think will be fundamental soon.

I advocate adopting Git and GitHub as they support both strong and weak protocols while facilitating “learning in public”. Also, distributed version control could be used to demonstrate how the SoP community manages “protocol debt” across various projects and initiatives.
